Teacher is an indispensable and influential factor in enhancing children’s ability to think. This research deals with teacher’s role  in helping their students to achieve the equal assimilation and accommodation in each individual. Teachers should understand each individual’s characteristics. Teachers have to meet the requirements of having high qualification, competence, and dedication in doing their job professionally. In addition to teachers, parents also play an important role in children development. They should be aware that their children education is also their responsibility, not only educational institutions responsibility. Therefore, teachers and parents should establish an effective communication to provide accomplished services for their children.
